Manchester United and Liverpool supporters have been at odds over the numerous comparisons between Steven Gerrard and Paul Scholes for a very long time now. Scholes himself recently admitted he could never have done what Gerrard did, and his teammates Gary Neville and Wayne Rooney, having both left a big mark on the Sir Alex Ferguson era at United, have offered their opinions.
